OWN SKATING METHODOLOGY
At ISA (International Skating Academy) we work on the integral development of young athletes, combining personalized and group training.
In the mornings, they train in small groups to improve technique, coordination and confidence, with the support of video analysis for accurate monitoring. In the afternoons, players apply what they have learned in training sessions and matches with local teams, strengthening teamwork and real game experience.
In addition, we offer physical preparation, nutrition and sports psychology programs, tailored to each player. Our methodology creates a motivating environment that enhances both performance and passion for roller field hockey.

Nàstic Sports Academy is the ideal place to combine high performance sports with studies. We offer an environment that allows athletes to develop their maximum sporting potential while receiving quality academic training. Here, the balance between both aspects is fundamental to achieve success.

CATALAN AND REGIONAL LEAGUE
We compete in the Catalan League and the Autonomous Hockey League. That is, leagues where we will face teams in the area of Catalonia and that are consistent with the level of our players and that will help their proper development.
CHAMPIONSHIPS OF SPAIN
Each year we select national tournaments that allow our players to measure themselves against competitors of various levels. These competitions not only contribute to the development of their individual skills, but also provide valuable experience in the competitive arena, fostering both personal and athletic growth.
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS
Depending on the player's performance and level, there is the possibility of competing in European tournaments, which represents a valuable opportunity for growth and international projection.

FACILITIES
At the International Skating Academy (ISA), the young athletes practice field hockey at the multi-sports rink in Vilafranca del Penedès. This facility is located very close to Camp Joliu, the residence where the athletes study and rest. Thus, students can enjoy a comfortable and accessible environment to develop their sports and academic skills at the same time.
Thanks to our work team, composed of technicians with licenses and training of the highest level, and with national and international experience in training young players, we carry out a holistic work plan, always putting the focus on the player as a person/player. The exigency, rigor and professionalism of our system, allows us to meet the established objectives. We have designed a very complete work plan, organized in different types of training.
